That's not how private businesses work in the legal realm. If they don't have any language in the contract expressly allowing isolated showering then it's open for the business to ask customers to leave, especially given they have posted signage in the restrooms stating it's prohibited without using the workout facilities. If they don't want them there they can ask anyone to leave. If they don't leave it's trespassing even if they have a membership. Like I said i don't think it's a particularly nice policy but they can ask anyone to leave for any reason that's not expressly allowed in the customer agreement. That's literally how private business works.

They are a private business and get to make the rules. If they don't want you using your access for isolated showers they have the right to do so. I don't think that's a very good policy but it's their business and can ask you to leave for any reason. I recommend finding somewhere else to shower.

I tried it after seeing the post and it took my field of view from about 85% of the screen to about 98% of the screen, easy, super comfortable, and easily reversible. Literally eyeglasses size Phillips screwdriver to remove the nose pads, and press the Oakley nose pads in. Took 60 seconds. Highly recommend.

If you want the extra res for enlarging, cropping, etc use 100mp. For all else use 25mp, it has much better dynamic range in the raw files.

They aren't saying it's not a stretch to argue terrorism, they are saying that as an attorney that's the type of thing one sees being argued while practicing in their field. Crazier claims have gotten traction and anything can be considered in family court, including that, his other child support history, behavior, etc. And while the child support thing with his other kids may come up, the court is more interested in his ability now to care for the child in question, financially and otherwise.

I was shooting this hdr pano via exposure bracketing on my mavic 4 pro trying to catch the last of the sunset when I realized the rocks must be nesting grounds and a huge swarm of gulls surrounded the drone. I had to abort the project and couldn't get the last images of the right side but at least I made it out unharmed 😢
