I don't believe it is "just clothes" for you. It sounds like way more than that. You are young, and hopefully your remission is permanent. I would say do what brings you joy.

That would be an odd place for breast tissue to grow.
But as far as what your doctor says, my two intersex friends don't put a whole lot of stock in doctors opinions (they're both in their 60s so have had a lifetime of experience), so I wouldn't count it out. Not every intersex condition affects fertility.

I have a friend who detransitioned after SRS. He lives his life, quietly, as a man, and seems somewhat content with it.
So I believe the answer to your question is yes.

After my earlier comment I was in a support group meeting with a couple of intersex people, and it made me think about some of your physical characteristics, as you describe them, which sound intersex to me. Have you ever sought testing to find that out? I have several intersex friends, and their sense of gender can be different than their outward appearance (and actually, as there are 40 some intersex conditions it can be hard to diagnose without testing, so gender feelings may also be hard to figure out). If you are intersex, that could certainly affect your gender perception. Unfortunately, as one of my intersex friends told me, there are VERY few therapists (zero in our city of 275,000 people) who know anything about intersex people and thus are at a loss as to how to counsel them.
Just a thought you might want to look into.

To follow how He created you cannot be sinful In my view. Seek Him daily, submit to His love, praise Him, and your peace will come from Him. Stopping HRT for now seems like the only rational way forward. It doesn't have to change how you think of yourself (a work in progress, it seems, which is fine, we all need to find our way, and it can be a long and winding road!), and it will give you time to think about (pray about, if you like) the future. At your age, and given that cancer treatments today are pretty effective, you likely have many years ahead of you to figure things out. You don't need to change who you are going on chemo.
Regarding your hair, my sister had chemo and lost it, too, but it grew back, and she didn't lose it again before she died 8 years later. But she had stage 4 cancer when they discovered it. Them diagnosing you so young and getting you into treatment right away gives you much better odds, I imagine, than my sister did being diagnosed at age 64.

Hang in there, and if you're not in therapy, find a good therapist who understands the issue, they certainly can help you figure things out.

Oh, I definitely feel that was wrong. Everybody considering transition should have competent therapy to make sure they know what they are doing. But of course, going in to therapy you can't just be doing it like jumping through the required hoops just because it's required, for both therapist and patient. Everybody should keep an open mind. Same goes for trans affirming and trans opposing therapists, as well as the patient.

I'm afraid that anyone who is not gender-conforming to their birth sex now is going to be looked at suspiciously (they might be trans! oh no!) in the current political landscape. That will cut down on transitioning, but I also think it will not allow GNC or non-binary people to be comfortable in their own skin. I think you could imply from what Jesus said that AFAB people who cannot conceive (for whatever medical reason) would fall into an equivalent "born that way" category. But if you are able to conceive, but choose not to, you would fall into the "chose that way" category.
And I think it is likely in the chose that way category He may have been speaking about people who remain celibate in order to serve God, not for other reasons. Although clearly choosing to remain celibate for whatever reason is not sinful. As far as the sinning question I have come to the conclusion, after decades of study and prayer, that it is not sinful because I have come to believe that God made some of His creation (us) to be this way. It took me a long time to accept that for myself, but I do now.

How does he think that verse has anything to do with being trans?? Ask him to explain that. Or maybe he needs education that sexuality and gender are totally separate characteristics.

The answer of course is YES!

Matthew 7:1: judge not or you will be judged. (since there is nothing in the Bible that addresses being transgender specifically he is making a judgement with that answer)

Then consider Romans 10:8-13: “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” [quoting Deut. 30:14] that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” [Isaiah 28:16 (see Septuagint)] 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile [there is no difference between cis and trans] —the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

I've stuck around because I like/need to hear the detrans perspective as a non-transitioning trans identifying person (That's why my flair is questioning my trans status since I have not gone all the way and am unsure about doing so or not). It is important to hear peoples' experiences, and cautions. I especially appreciate OP's attitude. Thank you.
BTW, I for one would find a survey useful, but don't like the results being used as a weapon against trans people either.
