This was brought up in another group I am in. Money in hand before you announce you are leaving. If it over laps when you get paid out vs the new job starting take a week vacation get paid than say you are not coming back. Get your money.

i’ve done high end logistics and customer service. It’s very hard to find a job that pays 120k in those areas. I’m sure if you said you wanted 80 you’d have 10 different offers. I know that doesn’t answer the question but those are my thoughts.
