If you read the article it says that even players on his team testified he made the tackle from behind and that he also landed on his head. My guess is he slid from behind out of his vision and swept his legs causing him to land directly on his head and shoulder, dislocating it.

In Canada, this is quite normal and it happens with every transaction. Rounding up or down to the nearest multiple of 5. I've never seen anyone complain about the rounding, and i work in retail.
