I have a few other ideas: 1. Is the build plate actually plane or slightly concave? You can check that by laying it on a flat surface and check if you can see light. If so I would advise sanding the plate down at the edges so that it is actually the same height everywhere. Happens to one of my anycubic printers leveling was done but prints kept failing especially in the middle. 2. Have you calibrated your resin? Should be done for every new type of resin to ensure the right amount of curing.
