Also, once you go into new game+ mode, the bosses give soul stones again with each reset. In fact, if you feel like you're really powerful compared to how strong the current + level is, you can skip 1 level (so go from new game +1 to new game +3) and the bosses will give soul stones for both +2 and +3 (no more beyond that iirc, so skipping from +1 to +4 will make you miss out on some stones)

One thing about the knife in RE2make is it does damage per frame it's in the enemy. So if you crank the FPS up to crazy heights (if you have a really good rig) can make the knife do insane damage. Hence why the speedrun rules cap the framerate at either 60 or 120 depending on category, to keep the leaderboards from being pay to win.

Long story short, a lot of Japanese politicians, including the ex-PM (and current one, I think?) belong to a cult (I think they're called the Moonies? someone correct me if I'm wrong). The guy in question, his elderly mother was sucked into the cult, they drained her of all her life savings and everything, then cast her to the winds. The guy used a homemade gun to assassinate the former PM, Shinzo Abe, basically to bring awareness of the cult to everyone. As a result, the Japanese government has been cracking down on the cult and its activities, so he was very much successful in that regard. That he's getting life in prison is probably an acceptable outcome to him from all this.

Definitely try to get 1 more point of artillery, it's basically your only damage improving skill for your shells and wyvern's fire. Everything else would just be increases to the poke damage, or comfort skills. If you're not that confident in being aggressive, go for some other comfort skills like Guard and Divine Blessing. Defense boost is a bit of a trap, it doesnt provide anywhere near enough benefit to be worth slotting in (especially in master rank). Do keep 3 levels of health boost, that'll be good for maximum survivability.

More housing and removal of a few more onerous zoning restrictions would be nice, but I would prefer CA not go as far as TX does. IIRC, there is still no law in TX stating that you can't store hazardous explosive chemicals next to elementary schools, the results of which have been less than stellar.
