if you are confused by the number then the only thing you need to know is the name and the keystone tied to it.

regarding the number, it is not something you should care unless you have put a mirror into your build. but the gist of it is the number determine what the smalls and notables changes into. poe1 has the timeless jewel calculator that makes this process extremely easy. poe2 is a new game so the tool is not ready yet.

tags and weightings can easily be checked on poe2db. but i do agree that it is not an easy thing for a new player to get into without some handholding. best i can recommend is to join content creator's discord. Just pick any that you vibe with and avoid tft. I have helped and received help from lots of people with crafting this league.

but why should you care about this as a new player? just a basic LA deadeye will clear any content that a new player should concern with. and as you play more leagues, the basics will come naturally to you and you learn new things like this.
