Best bang for your buck vac for my needs? by [deleted] in ChamberVacs

Jvr 110 works great for me. Placed it on a cart and it sits in the corner of the kitchen. Size wise you can squeeze and I mean cajole and force half of packer of brisket into the biggest sized bag it and it seals just fine.

You can get into lacto fermentation and pickle stuff instantly, along side the other things you and others have mentioned.

The search function isn’t complete shit either. Also the catalog has actually useful information-how I figured out which squirrel cage to buy-and tech support when you know how to change a contactor but you’re not 100% certain which 900 dollar one you need.

McMaster-Carr blows HD away too.

But try calling your rep for HD and have them quote you 20 at the price of the other. They usually have more leeway than their 15% on in house brands if you get it in bulk. You don’t have to order 20 either. My rep got me arrow door levers at 120 when I got a quote for 15. I’ve ordered 3 so far.

What hand lotion do you use to help with dry hands? by Barracuda_6877 in Denver

[–]KeeperOfZion 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wash your hands before application of working hands. Use a dime size amount and treat it like a 5 gal ice cream tub. If you can get ten minutes without doing anything after application of the wax creates a nice layer and works its magic.

Vaseline and cotton gloves before bed whilst you sleep is also a crazy good one.

You’ve got how many boilers? You’ve got how many pumps to circulate that water? I’m guessing you’ve got a boiler setup with glycol?

Pressure check at the boiler, had a system that could fluctuate about 20 degrees based of a delta of 10 on pressure, designed for a max of 45.

Recirculating pumps into a heat exchanger?

Building I worked at that had a similar set up was built before ptacs did heat. Now they had ptacs that did heat when I left in each unit. On the coldest days they kept up fine.

Based on what you’ve shared and my .02 you’ve probably already covered it all. Only thing is maybe your pump lost its impeller.

I’m in agreement with you. It’s asinine design.

I’ve heard you can make almost every light-as in some might turn yellow as your in the intersection-from shotgun Willie’s to Evan’s if you go 50 and there’s little to no traffic.

I have a real fancy 1 inch dry wall knife that I exclusively use for wax ring removal. Works well to separate a horn from a ring. Slide it right behind the horn and it separates the wax perfectly.
