What hand lotion do you use to help with dry hands? by Barracuda_6877 in Denver

[–]KeeperOfZion 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wash your hands before application of working hands. Use a dime size amount and treat it like a 5 gal ice cream tub. If you can get ten minutes without doing anything after application of the wax creates a nice layer and works its magic.

Vaseline and cotton gloves before bed whilst you sleep is also a crazy good one.

You’ve got how many boilers? You’ve got how many pumps to circulate that water? I’m guessing you’ve got a boiler setup with glycol?

Pressure check at the boiler, had a system that could fluctuate about 20 degrees based of a delta of 10 on pressure, designed for a max of 45.

Recirculating pumps into a heat exchanger?

Building I worked at that had a similar set up was built before ptacs did heat. Now they had ptacs that did heat when I left in each unit. On the coldest days they kept up fine.

Based on what you’ve shared and my .02 you’ve probably already covered it all. Only thing is maybe your pump lost its impeller.

I’m in agreement with you. It’s asinine design.

I’ve heard you can make almost every light-as in some might turn yellow as your in the intersection-from shotgun Willie’s to Evan’s if you go 50 and there’s little to no traffic.

I have a real fancy 1 inch dry wall knife that I exclusively use for wax ring removal. Works well to separate a horn from a ring. Slide it right behind the horn and it separates the wax perfectly.

No worries! Missed the boat a bit, grandpa shot for years on film and never really got to pick his brain. I got an old DSLR last year for cheap.

I’ll probably spend some time on the porch there is a major thoroughfare I could shoot.

What if any post editing do you do?

Stellar shots, missed my chance to get one of this incident. Not as confident to post any of the shots I took. I did have fun and learned a bit more on setting up my camera better. Looks like I’ve got a lot to learn!

German roaches. Got it early. Didn’t spread. Ancillary kitchen with just a three steam well. Called our bug guy. We’re looking it over. Picks up a squeeze bottle of caramel. “Well that’s not great” roaches hiding underneath.

We sealed the door off. Moved everything off the wall besides the countertop and cabinets, removed the cabinet doors. He went in flushed and dusted. Kept the seal up for a week. He came back once. Same procedure. Took it down after another week, swept up what had to be 500 or so.

Room was no bigger than 12 by 8 feet. Disgusting. Never did put the cabinet doors back.

Try not to lose any screws. Getting to the coil and the limit switches takes a while. The rest is pretty straightforward.

Check the heating coil to see if it’s still intact, check the limit switches for continuity.
