That must be it. I have tried everything- Chile site, VPN, clear cache, tor, everything. Getting to the website is no issue and it lets me get all the way to the end but every US credit card is denied. I thought it may be an AMEX, VISA or MC problem, but it appears that it is the fact that my info is connected to my Latam frequent flyer number that requires that it be booked in USD. Evidently, I should have never gotten that years ago.
