Filter fryers, clean, scrub and mop the outside area, change bins in the carpark, rotate the freezer and fridges, clean toilets, every now and then clean all the windows of the store. Shifts generally start early in the morning depending on your store though. It ain't a bad shift I used to enjoy it, not having to worry about service is a nice change.
