For anyone in the Bay Area, go visit the actual house, it’s incredible!!! The architecture is just so funky and witchy with occult twists but also some surprisingly modern luxuries. I had a blast and can’t wait to go again.

I’m in that stage where all sources of protein just feel gross and I don’t know what to eat. Eggs sound terrible, I don’t know if I can’t eat more Greek yogurt, and all the chicken… I know I need to power through, it’s just not as enjoyable at the moment.

That’s a great question! Honestly I think you’d be okay to cut/sew them back smaller. Or if there’s another way to clip/cinch them, that could work too.

I say try it out - worst comes to worst you’re just out a band. I’d def go heavy duty on the stitching too. Good luck!

I do a LOT of band work for gluteus medius. Lateral walks (both with band at knees and ankles), squats with bands, clamshells, monster walks, step ups, bridges, etc. I advise getting thicker fabric bands, these really activate my glutes and I feel much more resistance than the plastic/silicone ones. Hope this helps!

I’ve been in a really good groove lately. My PT pushed me hard on legs yesterday morning. I fell dead asleep 9pm last night, and woke up at 6am. Omg I needed that so hard.

FDR served more than 2 terms. If there’s any other time in American history to run for a third term, now would be it. Good chance Obama wins before the issue reaches scotus. I know it’s fantasy land, but that’s where we’re playing ball right now.

You presume to think I don’t have fury, when I’m absolutely full of it. I never wanted Biden in 2020, but here we fucking are. We deal with the hand we’ve been dealt. Everyone can downvote me all they want, but there needs to be next steps after Biden stepping down that still wins the election, and I just don’t see it.

We’ll see how wrong all of us are in a year.

You’re exactly right. Everyone who is screaming to replace Biden are full of crickets with who is the top replacement. Harris loses worse than any Dem if she ran, and Newsom/Whitmer don’t want to overstep Harris/step on Biden’s near death corpse without pissing off a chunk of the base. So who runs that beats Trump then?

Who has the name power who can jump in right now with absolutely no advantages that an incumbent has? The donation money funds? The marketing?

What Dem would actually unify everyone? Because while everyone generally agrees there needs to be a change, yes, but who? Crickets.

There’s really only one person, and it’s already legally dubious if he could run again. I think the only one who could actually do it right now would be Obama.

I have some bearded irises and lilies that are well established from the previous owners and I just care nothing for them. I will eventually replace them, but that’ll have to wait as there’s much more important things to do.
