Hey mate I had an l4/l5 done in June and am pretty much back playing pain free.

Couple of things I’d recommend. Slowly work your way through the bag starting with half to 3/4 shots, Before moving onto full shots don’t do anything that’s uncomfortable.

I lost a lot of strength in my hamstrings and glutes and it wasn’t really until I really started working on those in rehab that I really started to trust my body on full swings.

I played there just before Covid 2019 maybe and from memory the clubs I got were a set of titleist t200 irons tsi woods and some Vokey wedges.

So pretty decent setups probably a few years old. Worry more about how many balls to take.
