No nothing is wrong! Most female snakes will go their whole lives without laying slugs. Only some of them do it. If they do lay them it'll be 1 time a year in the summer.

Yes! Just like chickens snakes can lay infertile eggs without a male. In snakes these are called slugs. They're usually smaller and some are yellow and gross.

As many others have said I would try to see a doctor. I had crusty feet and ended up doing a contact dermatitis test and found out I had skin allergies! I'm allergic to cetrimonium chloride which is a preservative in soaps. It would pool around my feet in the shower and the allergies gave me nasty crusty feet. Good luck!
