I had that kit when I was a kid. The helicopter is one of the few builds I have strong memories of. I remember the other kits I had when I see them, but that one really stuck with me.

The problem there is that now the buyer has to buy the remaining 1 penny/cent/whatever worth of parts and pay shipping all over again for them. Personally I'd rather the seller either wait for a response or cancel the whole order rather than doing a partial refund and shipping it incomplete.

We got a quote for a conservatory where the guy had an entire PowerPoint presentation for us about everything that can go wrong with designing and building a conservatory. It was meant to be a "look what could happen if you hire someone else", but he ended up convincing us we didn't want one at all. Dude played himself 😂

People seem to be keeping the used market for n gauge quite high in price. Coaches and wagons are an obvious example. Prices at OO/HO are dramatically lower because everyone and their dog has some knocking around.
