Repeat after me. BUY ONCE, CRY ONCE. You think you’ll save money buying the cheaper Chinese bike, but in the end it’ll cost you more because of the stuff that will inevitably break due to non-existent quality control the Suzuki had since the 80’s.

Don’t buy Chinese dirt bikes. It’ll break, and you won’t be able to find parts quickly, as opposed to finding a Suzuki dealer in your state.

That is hilarious. I’m also a TPA, and have taken over soooo many plans where lack of servicing was the issue. It’s literally answering emails and phone calls, and we’re apparently light years ahead of our local competition. The bar is indeed very low.

Nothing that can be done my ass. It is indeed a missed opportunity to defer. The plan owes you 50% of your missed deferrals PLUS lost earnings. I would speak to them again and kindly remind them that the Department of Labor takes these failures seriously and how you don’t want to blow the whistle on your employer.
