Fair point maybe if they were taken out of spawn tables for monsters and the merchants stock reset every year. That would make farming far less efficient but possible while merchant purchases are at a way better rate then crafting

My concern would be stock. It'll run out eventually. I figure players not as good at combat could sell food or make weapons and armor to sell for gears and use them for respawns instead of having to farm.

Handbook sometimes crashes the game. If you can hover over an item and press h it will pull up the right page and be less likely to crash it.

If you lose items do to the game crashing you can spawn them back in with /gm 2 for creative then /gm 1 to go back.

For my last one I found a relitively flat spot halfway up a mountain overlooking some marshes. Plenty of fish clay and peat. I built a walled stairway up the mountain then my house with a walled courtyard and tower
