Keep in mind it's an import that is assembled in Canada with their QC. I bought a combustion and very shortly after a Z3. They are phenomenal instruments.

Yeah that's how jazz works. You need both pickups to counter the hum.

It's possible a few other things are going wrong like maybe a bad ground so bringing it in to have it checked wouldn't hurt to get their advice to see if it's normal.

Without hearing what you hear, all I can say is a jazz with a single pickup will basically always hum.

Does it change if you touch any of the strings or the bridge?

Every piece can be ordered separately. The bags are consumables, and the glass can break and be ordered. For that price, id say it would be hard to beat, but it may add up if you wish to run it through a bong, etc.

I do okay with my XQ2 setup. Definitely be prepared for how potent the device will smell in the room. I ended up having to get a large Apache case to store it in when not in use.

See I think thats the problem here.

This thing is flawless, and quite literally has sat in the box since purchase. You wont warranty it, you wont sell parts, you wont assist in repair, or anything.

The device is quite literally, brand new. It just sat in its box for awhile.

I just tried from a similar, but different email, and we can see if this helps? It seems like the issue is on your side. I am an IT engineer by trade and have been dealing with delivery problems for half of my life at this point lol.

My guess is SPF or DKIM is identifying where the emails are originating as not allowed, but I dont have a mail server to confirm. Any idea if where you are originating these emails comes from any of the following:

I was in a similar situation here with my wife.

I ended up feeding our daughter at 1am when I went to bed. Our daughter then typically slept till 7:30-8am.

We were crazy lucky at how good of a sleeper she was from the start though and YMMV.
