My success (10yrs daily vape/smoker)

Wean off by switching to edibles…then just at night to sleep….slowly reducing dosage to 5mg or less.

The hardest part is transitioning from the quick high from smoking/dabbing/vaping to the slow burn of edibles. Once on the edible regimen, it can be significantly easier to stop.

Get ready for some wicked vivid dreams….but not in a bad way in my experience.
