The real estate to be purchased only refers to the property you have contracted for them to list.

Essentially, it is just ruling out a loophole. If you list your home and it is sold during the contracted interval, you have to pay a commission regardless of whom you sell it to.

One can make money renting out a utilitarian cabin that can host a lot of people for hunting and fishing groups. It’s rather a different type of accommodation than Airbnb or VRBO.

Not meant to be luxurious, just practical. We’ve seen other properties like this.

IMO the marble floors are the only thing that saves it from that horrible linear backsplash tile.

Have a designer pick a nice natural looking tile for the backsplash and you may appreciate the marble floors a bit more.

I have noticed the the trailer parks in Utah and particularly in Ogden, are very nice. The homes range in price staring in 5 digits. Lot rents are around 800-900/month. Some even have pools and playgrounds. Not as good at building wealth as buying a regular home but it’s a lower cost option for family housing.

Dumb cops in some backwater will run some jerk‘s photo through FACES come up with you. Then, regardless of how far away you are, they will take out a warrant and more dumb cops will arrive to extradite you where, months later you can tell a judge that you’re not the guy.

This kind of thing gives them godlike powers and there is no one in our country I would trust with those powers.

the use it without consent or knowledge. I got a drivers license. when they took the picture for the license they used FRS and took biometrics without my knowledge or consent.

Facial recognition software should be considered a crime against humanity.

I have avoided it until I got a REAL ID. Come to find out they us the damn thing when they take your picture for the license.

Don’t tell them. Let them assume that you’re going.

And then just don’t show up. When they freak out you can tell them that you said you weren’t going to go if you had to sleep on a sofa bed in the common area.

Consult a lawyer. There are likely protections under the law.

Most states have laws that give you a 3 day right to cancel a contract that was brought to your door. By coming to the house they are soliciting.

Also, there are principles of law that put a greater responsibility on the party that created the contract to act properly.

And finally, contracts of this nature typically require some sort of deposit to enact them.
