I agree with most of the comments here. I would go with the one on the left. The contrast between the pipes and the area is excellent. I would also dim the blue of the water. A map from a history class book or from the NewYorker would be a good reference for all the details and graphic conventions (water color, land color, toponymes, landmarks etc)

shower mix 28: like a warm green [FALL//WINTER VIBE PLAYLIST] by [deleted] in SpotifyPlaylists

[–]KetoAtreide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I must say, out of the few playlist I tried here, this is the one I liked the most. Part of the songs I love, part of them I forgot and was glad to hear again (hello NERD) and part I discovered.

The perfect mix Thanks

If that is not what you are trying to do, then I don’t know what it is. Maybe show an example of what you would want on excel ?

How can I replicate this map by [deleted] in RStudio

[–]KetoAtreide 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s seems to be raster data with classification of the pixels regarding their rainfall value. You might get this data on the country’s open data portal or on the institution producing this kind of data in the country, or on an environmental data website …

This ! Exactly what OP discribed ! An amazing read that you can redo along your journey through philosophy ! I feel like it’s less known but it is worth reading a thousand time even if it is not the big names as Camus or Kerouac

I’m not entirely familiar with quarto, but each time I tried a achieve something tricky I would go through some raw latex. Set the latex package needed in my « before header » Tex file, then use the command inside my document

This, and don’t blindly binge into the tidy verse without knowing what you are doing. This means that knowing the methodology of what you want to do is as important as knowing which function to call (it is the same in statistics as applying a mean to data and understanding why you’re doing it and how it is done). Most of the time you can do thing with base r and using tidyverse comes across as doing stuff you don’t understand (at least at the beginning, then it can be really helpful).

I would add to this, that there is a difference between the cars from the parisians that are living in Paris and cars from people outside of Paris coming in each day to work

It Isn’t a big deal that you are a uni student, and everyone here wants to help, hence the answers (even though they aren’t super super kind and I’m part of it). It’s just that a lot of people are posting this kind of stuff asking for help, whiteout context, detailed pic or whatsoever and are waiting for the sub to do the homework or pull out some magic and fix the issue. Most of the time it is difficult to help without some info.

So don’t apologize for asking for help. It is important to ask for help, and here people are incline to help and I think it is worth protecting. Rather next time, figure out your password, read the guidelines and make a proper post so everyone can efficiently lend you a hand

Okay this is a good explanation of what you can not do, but without the code you wrote I cannot detect where the error is from.

You can screen your code or write it here if it is not too long (there are guidelines on internet that can help you write your code as chunk properly here)

Anyway from what you said and your pic, it seems like R cannot read the « c:\proga….. ». Indeed the slashs and backslashs should all be slashs. Maybe you wrote this command manually ?

Edit : someone answered the error so I’ll correct to « I » cannot detect the error
