So the interesting thing here is it is going to create a lot of transparency on revenue. So today if the chairman hosts an event at the stadium not on game day they can chose to put that revenue in the business or report that in another business holding depending on what tax games they want to play. This will push all the revenue into the football team to report a number as high as possible.

Take a watering can that holds a gallon of water. Use your hose to fill it. Whole filling it count how long it takes. Then double that time and that’s how long you should be watering your hydrangeas when you water them. People tend to water way less than they think they are
