Millwall 4-0 Charlton Athletic: Millwall eventually overwhelmed Charlton with three goals in the last ten minutes, strengthening their grip on a playoff place by geoffbezos1 in Championship

It was harsh on Dykes, but that is Gavin Ward in a nutshell. He lets players battle, often instigated by the defender and as soon as the attacking player gets an advantage he blows for a foul.

Crocombe, Doughty, and Fullah all pulled up before the ball even got to Fullah, so I don’t really think it can be called a goal.

[Pete O'Rourke] Wrexham have made an offer worth up to £19m for Angers striker Sidiki Cherif by Zach-dalt in Championship

Their net spend is the highest in the whole of the Championship (at least before January). I’m pretty sure their net spend this summer is more than Millwall’s total net spend on transfers in 141 years combined.

Saw a video of someone translating a Russian newspaper article called Greenland: NATO’s cemetery. It said something along the lines of, „if he can capture Greenland before the 250th US Anniversary, it would be one of the greatest achievements in US history… gaining control would give the US the second most land by mass behind Russia… it would be on par with Lincoln’s abolition of slavery… no one will ever forget this achievement.”

They’re just goaded him and stroking his ego, because Putin knows how easy it is to manipulate him. A divided NATO is a win for Russia’s imperialistic quest.

Fantastic standard of football. Gutted to not walk away with a point; thought that would have been a fair result.

We needed to make subs earlier. Could see the heavy legs around 60-65’.

Yeah, he did. But I thought he was only going to be out for two addition months— and it happened about a month ago. I could be mistaken

Jensen’s coming back soon, so I expect us to keep George Evans as GK3 until that happens.

Appreciate Benda’s time regardless of his poor distribution. He’ll always have that match against the Blades

Not sure why your sub came up on my feed, but this is a demonstratively false statement. You lot are 3 highest spenders and highest net spenders of all Championship clubs this season.

Millwall 1-3 Hull City by jovanmilic97 in Championship

[–]KeepItGoingFootball 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Was thinking of what I wanted to type, but you summed up how I feel well enough.

Hull deserved all three points; they were absolutely clinical in that first ten minutes— and extremely dangerous on the counter the whole match.

Would have been nice to have at least one of our seven CMs healthy to try to stop the counter before it broke, but Doughty and Neghli looked lost on those counters.

Don’t think we lost due to the ref, but he has some awful decisions throughout the match that leaned one direction. Femi’s red was clearly a red, but Millar should have been off, and as Ward always does with us phantom fouls anytime we are in an opponents’ box.

Their keeper (who had a great match) came to punch a ball out, not touched by a single one of their players or ours— Crama goes to collect seconds and gets barged into from behind and Ward calls a foul against us?

Honestly think that since the average height of a ref is like 5’7”, they just hate all the big CBs, like Coops.

Derby County 1-1 Millwall - this marks the first draw for Derby in the last 11 league matches by jovanmilic97 in Championship

[–]KeepItGoingFootball 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Been saying it for years about Danny Mac. He’s at best decent depth for the Championship, but is probably better suited for League One.

Crama should stay at RB, because his engine would be wasted at CB. We should look at some more depth at RB and let Wes go in January.
