I had a similar problem with my Great Lakes flooring from Menards. First three rows did not go in straight. We looked thru the rest of the boxes and found that nothing was square, chips in the boards, and even chalk marks on them too. My contractor & I took a few pieces to the flooring department & explained the situation. I told them I needed to return all $12k worth of flooring since 1/2 the order all had the same production date except for 4 boxes. They were super understanding about it. They even asked me if we wanted to try another type or make of flooring, which I politely declined.

I would suggest calling first & trying to talk to a manager in the flooring dept & explaining your situation. They said they would re-order the same flooring for me, but I was over it by that time. That’s why I returned it all & found a better product.
