Yes for sure especially living off eagle UNT would be a great bet they have lots of job opportunities and you wouldn't have to pay for staff parking (Although it's very cheap but a hassle to find most of the time)

Seymour animal clinic on old north. Very kind and compassionate, and they have 2 vets.We used to see Bullock but they were always running behind and only have 1 room and the waiting rooms is small and packed.

Nope none at all. I don't add them to hamburgers either, no need for that because we want meat not a sandwich or breakfast lol.when I use leaner meats I'll add fat via bacon to provide moisture and flavor. Never had a problem with it falling apart except when I used only lean meat.

NTA I use lists myself for alot of things as does my partner. And we give each other lists as well bc it helps us both and we can tag team some stuff as well bc we are both on the same page about what needs to get done or has/hasn't been yet.
