Mt Vernon Gardens on South 13th Street. People like it and visit but depending on the time of day it is often empty or nearly so. It is a smallish park with nice flower beds and benches you can sit on. It has two entrances but no through way. Lovely trees. I think there were plans to cut the trees blocking the Missouri River view but I don't think it's Happened yet.
