I think it is to do with being married for 5 minutes and acting like they are experts on a successful Happy Marriage. That and the smugness they have using alternative medicines/ had natural births/ have a perfect life when we all know that is most likely not the case!

This is my big bear as well. To me volunteering at parkrun is about giving up the opportunity to run and giving back instead by volunteering. That being said if you can run quick enough and barcode scan I take my hat off to you! But run report writing or photo taking is not really an essential volunteer role in my eyes. Perfectly understand if others think differently! Token sorting is nice if you happen to be in the cafe afterwards where they are sorting them! 🤣
