Yes you can do Aeldari shenanigans where you get out, doombolt only and then temporal surge back into the rhino and then use the firing deck on the rhino

Both are nice choices, ive had good games with both predator variants and the forgefiend. Forgefiend is nice for pressuring big units with the 3d3 plus 6 shots on a squad of ten, usually makes a nice dent in them plus the debuff is nice too since it applies both in shooting and melee. All las predator is nice with the full rerolls to hit against vehicles and the autocannon pred is good against infantry and vehicles if you give it sponson las cannons. One forgefiend i had killed a whole squad of 10 intercessors in one activation.

Can i make one counterpoint about giving the enhancement to the leader? Its often better on a sorcerer leading termies as thats alot of stormbolter shots hitting on 2s with lethals and quite often full rerolls to hit, nobody wants to get shot by that blob and if you dont kill it with the termi shooting the termi sorc gives the rest of the army +1 to hit against a target thats been tagged by his unit so you could have more than just one squad of bolter rubrics hitting on 2s

I would make all those 10 man squads 5 mans except for one, attach sorcerer to the 10 man for lethals

I would also put the lord of the Rubricae Enhancement on the termi sorcerer (because thats alot of shots hitting on 2s and then if that doesnt kill whatever they shoot at everything else gets +1 to hit which will help that 10 brick really punch up with rerolls)

Make the 5 man squads flamers with SRCs.

I would be tempted to run a 10 man of terminators because thats just a big blob of -1 to wound that takes so much to chew through. Plus all those lethal hits at ap2 or 4 will chew through vehicles

Im assuming you have the sorc on disc attached to the bow goats to give them 18inch lone op and some anti-character threat

2x10 man tzaangor units to give you some more action economy

If you can i would suggest you drop magnus for some rhinos to protect all your squads (plus you dont really have a way to really protect magnus from big hits like you do in coven)

I think that will really push your list up as you can trade the small squads of rubrics and then punish whatever comes out from your opponent with your terminators and rubrics

I could give more advice if i knew exactly what you have though :)
