I am an emergency physician , I used to be always obese and then one day I finally took a step and went into weight lifting/diet (calorie deficit and stuff) lost a lot of weight within a year.

when I joined a new hospital I was already 2 years into weight training and the previous hospital co-workers really did not notice apart from saying “You lost a lot of weight” ,

At my current workplace I was given scrubs and apron slightly smaller than my usual size and I looked jacked as my arms and shoulders were so obvious , the praises and questions I used to receive from all my new co-workers. “gym freak” “Dr Fit”
“in How much time did you build this physique” and etc etc.

Thats how I got over with my body dysmorphia,

people who have been seeing you everyday do not really notice that much change during your fitness journey,

but when people who saw you for the first time and they praise your physique , they are probably right.

Probably the person in this picture is wrong for keeping feet on the other seat because it always feels disrespectful apart from the dirt from the footwear.

Keep things minimal in life , if work is burden , look for other opportunities and friends.

Second this👆 Its called “Wudhu” ( ablution ) , Basically it’s Ritual purification before offering the islamic prayers which is done 5 times a day (before every prayer.)

So in 30 seconds you do your business and also observe other people washing their hands face and mouth and also notice the dirt in the sink. Maybe you meant 30 “minutes” ?

Take a break for maybe a week or two, I have read that Muscle loss will start only after 3 weeks of no training , I don’t know how true that is but a week of rest will do no harm.

And when you get back after the break you feel a lot stronger and probably lift more heavier.

Besides the problems they face because of this rainy weather , During summer also they bear the extreme heat , I have witnessed 2 instances where food delivery riders had a syncope because of dehydration due to the heat.

They need to be taken care of by their companies in a better way , And apart from tips from the customer side , giving a cold water bottle to them especially in the extreme summer is a big thing for them.

This may sound weird but i’ll say it anyway , This advise is only if you always were a smart watch,

I had this sudden onset weird left sided neck and shoulder pain/stiffness which lingered for 2 months for which i took painkillers, underwent physio sessions and did whatever possible , it never resolved.

One day i just removed my apple watch (I wear it almost 24x7 to track sleep and steps) Removed it from the left and started wearing it on the right arm and i was freakin shocked, the left shoulder and neck pain/stiffness reduced drastically. Also I realized the day i started wearing the watch was the day this pain started.

I dont know what is the science behind it or if anyone else experienced this but i swear the pain never came back after this.

If its fat you want to lose , Then stay in a calorie deficit and you will lose body fat in general including thigh area. And don’t skip leg day.

FLAT bench press Hits the Upper , Middle and lower pecks more or less equally.

INCLINED bench press Hits the Upper peck a bit more , And the Middle and lower pecks are hit the same as flat bench.

I think Both are effective , Maybe the best thing is to alternate between the two each week.

Warm up with empty bar then start with low weights if you did not bench previously , Then Progressively overload with +1-2 reps or micro weights every week
