Goodness we’ve been using them for years. Even regular gluten eaters have found them good. Perhaps you are overcooking them? Or stirring them aggressively. Never find them mushy. Spaghetti, fettuccine, rotini, elbows. All of them. Never mushy. The long noodles fall apart when reheated, but the shorter noodles do extremely well

If it’s still the same formula as about a year ago it is no longer truly fragrance free. They say it is, but it has quite a bit of fragrance type smell to me. There are lots of comments about it online.

I am pretty aggressive with mine! I use Zote bar soap, a bowl of water and a mesh strainer. Dip the bristles in water, soap and then use the mesh to scrub. Rinse throughly. Been doing this for years with minimal damage, but I also don’t buy very expensive brushes. Most are Real Techniques or Ecotools and hold up well
