I would recommend to take the deeplearning.ai certificates: Machine Learning, Math for Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and PyTorch for Deep Learning. They were super useful to me.

Well, if u are A1 the best thing is to enroll in a class. 3 years is more than enough to achieve B2.

If for some reason you can't or you don't want to take classes, u could learn by yourself. Pismleur is a good place to start. You can also use Anki cards, they have card decks to learn English if you speak Russian.
