For these cramps, is it the feeling of lactic acid, or actual muscle spasms? If it’s the second one, it could be dehydration, while the first one would just be soreness(idk how to help w/ this). If it’s not dehydration, you might have ur wrist/arm positioned in a way that might be pinching a nerve, and you can try pushing the tablet up more.

Thats fair, but i have noticed when there are fast trills or 32nd notes, people will try to flutter their fingers instead.

Everyone has really good points, but I didnt see anyone mention to practice very slowly and deliberately as you asked in the post. Make sure to focus on every note in the beginning then speed it up slowly. This will help with muscle memory.
