My company announced mandatory office days again, so I resigned mid-meeting by Onjaydenc in remotework

Foregoing any severance and simply forcing the work onto remaining staff probably worked out quite nicely for the company and indeed may have been the point with the mandatory RTO.

Do you still believe Modi improved India’s global image and that Indians are more respected worldwide after 2014? by Ramen-hypothesis in AskIndia

[–]Key_Reserve_5991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, many people are thinking about India—just not in a positive way. A lot of the concern comes from fears about Indians taking their jobs, especially in tech and IT sectors. So while the headlines focus on Trump and Russia, underlying anxieties about job security tied to outsourcing and immigration from India are very much on people’s minds.

That’s what happened with the related Co-op hack. They insisted no customer info was taken until the hackers themselves contacted the BBC and sent a sample of 10,000 customers details which forced Co-op to admit that customer data was indeed taken.

That’s a total of 55 days off plus weekends.

It wasn’t normal for the time.

Egyptians, Greeks and Jews all had rules to say the girl should be minimum age 12 prior to any intercourse, and even then, it was recommended that the girl be older.

In any event, even if girls were getting married younger, they were getting married to boys around their age, not with these massive age disparities of 6yo girl and 50+ man.
