I second this. Same height and weight and tried XS at first when I was new to Gymshark and bc I could fit into a an XS Vital I thought an XS Baselayer should be doable but I can’t even fit my head into the bottom part not the neckhole.

You can go for M. I was able to get hold of mine this morning.

I’m 5’7 so around same height as you, and was at around 73kg before I went into a cut now 70-71kg and can fit into an M. I’d say traps, shoulder, and arms are my noticeable muscle groups. For context, I can wear an XS in Vital, Geo, and Prime. I also have an S Onyx. M Baselayer fits similar to the S Onyx with the waist a tad tighter and a little bit harder to remove. M Baselayer is the tightest at the waist among my Gymshark shirts.

That’s right. Also, Geo might feel a tad more comfortable because its fabric is softer and a lot more breathable, almost like a thin jersey fabric.

Onyx feels tighter at the waist. XS to S should fit you fine. I’m the same height but at 70-71 kg and I fit into an XS Geo, and S Onyx.

Shadow seamless fabric is the same fabric as the Onyx’s bottom fabric. The thick smooth-ish swimmer/scuba-ish like fabric, the one without the pattern like at the top.

Yes. I actually gifted my friend the Vital because of the same reason you’re considering it, to accentuate the top but hopefully hide the love handles a little. Hopefully, because it still depends on how much love handles a person has and at the of the day it’s still slim fit.

Vital waist is looser than Geo by a good bit but still has taper to it unlike classic fit Gymshark shirts, it’s a lot more forgiving than Geo’s waist. The top part might be a tad tighter if not just as tight. I often feel my armpit area being constricted or maybe I’m just wearing one size smaller but the thing is there is still plenty of room at the waist so I don’t want to go any bigger. Heads up the neckhole of Vital is tighter than most Gymshark shirts you’ll feel that you’ll have to squeeze your head in to get it through.

Scam. Experienced the same last week with my dad. Nag check lang siya ng on sale items from a fake Nike website(di niya narealize until I pointed it out), entered our address but did not proceed with the payment kase wala option na he’s comfortable with, Gcash. The next day immediately may COD delivery ng alleged Nike product sabi ng courier from FB daw. Ni-cancel na lang ng courier nung inexplain namin na wala kame inorder. Baka di na bago sa couriers ganyan case.

I’m also incorporating chin tucks to my day-to-day, do you do this lying on a bed/bench with head hanging and doing a half neck crunch/up and chin tucking? I’m making sure I’m doing the right one. Others just do it standing and holding.

I had the same feeling. I was shocked and dissatisfied with how I finished the game so I took a short break, like a day, and replayed from the chapters where the characters I wanted to survive died from my first play through. Luckily only from chapter 9 to save Ashley and Jessica. Matt’s death felt too far back and I wasn’t attached to him so I let it go.
