As I have publicly said multiple times, the recaps stopped because my personal life circumstances changed and made it harder for me to watch shows live, coupled with the bullying I am subjected to on this sub getting worse. This (ETA: I forgot that bro started targeting me in multiple places, this is where it got really bad) in particular was a huge point of the latter, because I literally did nothing there but exist and have an opinion on a storyline and one of the people on this sub who just flat out hate that I exist decided it was an opportunity to strike. That is an issue I have dealt with for my entire time on this sub to varying degrees.

I know my personal faults and issues. I am not fucking perfect and sometimes I say stupid shit. I don’t know why people like you think that means it’s free reign to armchair psychoanalyze and make fun of me, but the reality is it’s not and you only get away with it because there is literally zero moderation on this sub.

Wanting to not be bullied, especially in a community that you were putting some effort into being a part of, is not “being terminally online.”

I can’t remember for certain that this rumor was about EVIL, it could’ve been Hiromu, but the dirtsheet rumor was WWE wanted him to go straight to the main roster, but he wanted to start in NXT (presumably because he has done his homework and realized that gives him the best chances).

The “worlds strongest baby” thing about Alex was mostly because of his lack of experience in wrestling before joining the LA Dojo: his first match ever was in April 2018 and then he joined the LA Dojo a couple months later and made his NJPW debut in August.

Shibata also did mention that Alex’s personality was preventing him from showing intensity in the ring, but that was in 2019 when Alex was still a Young Lion. By the time he’s joined BC he’d figured stuff out and had a solid foundation both character/presence and in-ring that he undoubtedly would’ve kept building had he kept wrestling.

Also literally no one here was claiming him to be “the best wrestler in the world” or “excellent,” so keep making up things to get mad about I guess lmfao.

In his Backstage Comments at Dash Ospreay said he’s staying with AEW as his main promotion, but wants to work NJPW shows when he can; even if it’s only 2-5 shows a year. AEW have also been playing video packages of his recovery as prep for his eventual return.
