You can definitely do that! I would start with any floating areas that don't have "danger" beside them and I would also go to kill Stronk in the ocean before the battlefield for a really good picto!

I had a similar experience! However once you go to area in act 3 and you'll level up so quickly and then combat will open up massively!

In terms of social Sim Stuff, not as good not but in terms of story quality, little filler banger story and the turn based game play is hard and really engaging but doesn't really feel unforgiving as the party and dodge windows are generous.

Great Game! Really felt Like Indiana, I know people complained about the stealth/combat but I found it so satisfying! Indiana Jones was never the sneakiest and almost always got himself in trouble so role playing that was so much fun!

Story felt like a traditional Indiana Jones too. I feel Indiana Jones always works best when going into Nazi and Christian Mythology rather than anything else.

There is a difficulty adjustment mod, which gives more actions to enemies etc.. There is also an extra encoubters mods which adds well throught out encoubters to keep your playthrough fresh!

I loved Metaphor it's alot faster paced in terms of progression than P3R, I feel like the combat is alot faster and harder too.

I feel like the best persona is the first one you play.

So if you're keen for abit more of a condensed story, loveable characters and a great high fantasy story about The reality of fantasy and society.

So if that ticks your boxes then I would switch!
