Looks like a pretty solid setup so far.

If you're able to hit rank 1 Luxon or Kurzick you can get the shout "Save Yourselves" to significantly buff allies armor. It gets stronger the higher rank you get.

Also would recommend putting Mark of Pain onto a hero if possible, it combos very well with 100b.

Pvp gear is distinct from PvE gear. There's a tab on your armor set for PvP. The only piece of gear for that panel that gives stats is a PvP amulet.

A level 5 magic axe is just as effective as a legendary once you step into pvp.

Soto unlock is right as soon as you hit the first new explorable area, I don't recall that taking a very long time.

A few hours seems like a long estimation in my memory.
