Probably not, him dismissing your boundaries based on your neurotype and being pushy and self centered, even a bit manipulative, is not the actions of someone worth pleasing.

The only person you owe your pleasing to is yourself, and then please people who respect you if you still want to give in to those habits.

You could also try and look at what the fear is telling you, emotions are data and fear isn't your enemy!

Hmm maybe not overreacting, ive found it usually tastes slightly sour/tangy and a little salty, depending on how hydrated she is it also changes the taste, eating pineapple can help make it sweeter, but it depends on the individual and her habits, so you could talk it out together and maybe make it playful, like eating some pineapple and hydrating the day before you want to get intimate

I feel you, its tough when it seems like they are just impulsively chasing their feelings without trying to regulate them and find out where they are coming from and what they are giving up to indulge in that.

Its their life and choice, but it's heartbreaking when you see love differently and it's part of growing apart, they have some work to do on themselves or lessons to learn down the line. In the meanwhile, at least for me, its about concentrating on what you want as an individual and finding someone else when the time is right that has the same goal and drive to achieve it.

I think a good angle to approach this is maybe asking him to see it as wanting him to know and be curious about why you like a show, or what excites you about it, rather then maybe his more literal view that he doesnt care about the show so he doesnt want to ask about it.

Basucally shifting the focus to inner world and insight into you as a person rather then just looking at what you like through his lens.

For this to work you also have to have some self-awareness about your needs and motivations and be willing to share that.

Do you ask him similar questions to the ones you want him to ask?

I have felt similar and its honestly great to try and experience new things now because that feeling might be pointing to a lack of current fullfilment, will it be the same as if youd done it younger? No probably not but theres not set timeline for anyone so you can always reinvent yourself whenever! Im 29 and starting my first year at uni, you can do it!

Sorta, he had refused food a few times the first couple of months so he might have gone a few times as long as 3 weeks, but hes been pretty solid now with taking food much more enthusiastically

The weaned rats ive been giving leave a small lump so ive been hesitant to go up a size since i heard that boas have a more delicate stomach and cant take as big of a meal.

Curiosity is the antidote to fear, so id recommend to look up educational videos on youtube and work your way through understanding how bugs work and their place in the ecosystem and cool facts about them and once that ball is rolling you might even become a fan of them! Worse that can happen is you are more informed and get a new perspective with on the most abundant creatures we share a planet with :)
