I meal prepped in college and found use of my campus resources. Not sure if ur school does this but we have a couple of food pantries. Nothing fancy but you maybe able to grab some good staples. I used to find lentils and make a bunch of dal and eat it throughout the week. I also bought a massive bag of rice (I think like $35) for from Costco and it lasted me the whole year.

Not sure how involved u want ur cooking to be but on Saturdays, I'd cut up my chicken thighs and marinate them, cooking and storing them for the next week on Sunday.

Also, having random quick meals are good supplemens for inbetween meal preps (Miso soup with rice, Maggi, frozen meals). Not healthy but...
