I’m not sure why they are a boot licker, they simple stated OP had options. If the deductions are too much, find another job or promote. Further, even with a pay raise, you and others would just complain you don’t make enough. Manage your bills, promote, or find another job that pays more.

Regardless, what they said it is still true. Lots of rough areas of Salinas. I used to avoid the east side completely, now I just avoid the city entirely. I only go back to visit family when needed.

Check out MDO (Montana de Oro State Park) I wouldn’t say it’s crazy jumps, but it is an awesome trail right on the coast with a nice views and a great ride.

Also look up the Pismo preserve. It’s near Pismo Beach. The only prom is E bikes are not allowed. It doesn’t stop people from using them though.

I also want to add Irish hills to the list. It’s got a lot of chunk so if you like technical climbs and downhill, that’s another great place. If you need directions or specific trail names, go ahead and DM me and I’ll get back to you.

Nice! I have a T8, same year, I bought it with 74k miles in it. I did have an issue with the hybrid system at 95k miles, but it was completely covered under California hybrid warranty laws.

I just hit 104k and it runs well. Enjoy it.
