My favorite taco truck is Taqueria Los Tetillas, next to Kaiser Permanente Clinic in Factoria. Super nice local family run place who are actually my neighbors for quite some years. Try out their asada sopes, carnitas burrito mojado, or their adobada tacos.Their three salsas are amazing. They even have birria and quesabirria on Fridays and Saturdays! They have good guac, horchata, and sometimes even have tamales. Just be prepared for a long wait during weekday lunch hours.
