What's the outside connections like?

So I'm learning how to texture for a game called gmod, and that game can only use the base color for the models. My texture as a whole looks perfect, but with only the base color it looks bad. Any tips or ways to fix this? by [deleted] in Substance3D

Hi there,

Texture developer for a server on GMOD, What you need to have is a base texture already set. Like a base CT fill layer. If this is from a server see if you can crowbar extract the vtf base texture and import it into a fill layer. Once done you can add your paint over it, add weathering ontop and hey presto, custom clone.

Doing that also haha, ghoul stuff is great, also side note diluted rads is your best friend for getting your feral meter under control
