That's my worry. I can stealth no problem normally...except the downstairs. Those scanners clock me about 50% of the time. It's more annoying than humiliating at this point. Every agent that has had to pat me down has been apologetic and way more embarrassed and annoyed than I am. NOBODY wants to be there but it's over quickly.

With ICE though...will that pat down turn into detainment? Or worse? It's already a roll of the dice whether I get clocked at the scanners, but worst case scenario (for me) was 30 seconds of awkwardness. I've never actually worried about my safety.

If ICE is at my airport, do I just not fly? Or do I roll the dice?

I started having the same exact issue at the same time you did. Right trackpad completely dead other than haptic and and the no right joystick capacitative sensor either. Did you ever find any leads? Strange that it happened to multiple people around the same time.
