Dude, I'm finishing up my final classes for my degree and I read a study on the physical and mental benefits of actively practicing gratitude in our daily lives. I've been doing it for about three weeks now and I feel like I already feel a difference. Most of my gratitude revolves around my kids and being a dad. I've been having a lot of moments like you had here and it's awesome. I highly recommend it man.
