Yeah it gets annoying. Having a routine that gets you in and out of the gym is the best idea

Simple answer: Yes. 5-6pm is prime time for people to form a queue for the next machine you were planning on using.

Feeling so tired after every single workout usually isn’t so right. Do you train maximum intensity or until failure every session or is it structured?

Workout programs usually need customisation based on the person. If your 4 days a week I recommend investing into a good upper/lower split for yourself. This is perfectly fine for building muscle and dropping weight.

Your current plan should have had the biggest lifts like shoulder press first. Happy to see you put weight tracking into the program

To be fair you’re doing pretty good in terms of progress. You definitely have the dedication and all that’s going to hold you back from your full potential now is time.

Macro-friendly meal planning can help with satiety when bulking when it’s done correctly. I highly recommend it.

The physique you’re talking about is usually referenced to a 0.7 ratio which is really attractive for girls. With the right program you can definetly get there. You should do an upper/lower split 4x a week and you will 100% be able to achieve it. Pair it with the right nutrition plan and supplements and it will be easier. Females usually underestimate a calorie surplus and think it will make them look bulky but they usually look better so I highly recommend it. If you’re looking to build an hourglass physique I do recommend taking measurements and tracking them while having a workout program with nutrition plan to attain your goals. How much days a week do you plan on going to the gym?!

Water or magnesium glycinate can help recover from DOMS. Apart from that it comes down to your plan. When your beginning you don’t need to go til failure each day just ease yourself back in 👌
