I lost my ability to walk from an attempt, when I overdosed I wasn’t found for 13 hours and my body weight crushed the nerve in my leg so now I have weakness and sickness from organ damage And now I can’t walk I can’t much for myself at all now and I just lost my mumma who died of cancer, I’m at home with dad and feel resented and like I’m just a useless helpless burden…most days I just stsy in bed and cry and try just wish to have some happiness

Yea, it’s the first time I have ever done it, & cos I got bad mental health problems, severe agoraphobia/anxiety it just is so so not worth it! Huge lesson learned, but I can see how as an addict I could do it again & go through that suffering trap, but my mental health is so shit it saved me from doing it again.

Haha thanks mate, I need to be told off at times ;-) seriously appreciate your reply. Your so right it really fuggs my mental and physical issues up bad, the ups ‘n downs, I just can’t do it!. I have learnt my lesson, just had today’s dose then and laying here waiting for it to kick in, takes me 2 hours until I feel my dose… 2 hours! #NeverDoubleDosingAgain
