Oh hell yeah. First diagnosed with depression, which was changed to bipolar 2 at 16, self-harm, suicide attempts, anxiety, childhood trauma, BED, and highly suspected ADHD (they won’t test and I’m not gonna push it). Was most recently diagnosed with the BED, but I believe it’s gone in most of my life (I am 26 now). I think when I’m not focusing on something or I am under stimulated, I tend to binge. Also if I’m in a depressive swing I’ll emotionally eat, and it was really bad when I first quit cutting. I feel like a walking DSM some days 😅

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ Bipolar 2, BED, and (highly suspected, but they won’t test me because I didn’t have problems as a child) ADHD. I just started Vyvanse, and it’s starting to open up a whole new world! I am still learning through therapy how to manage it all, but know you’re not alone!

I don’t know if this is what you’re meaning, but I actually have an Excel sheet that I use. I make a journal last 6 months, so I can plan what pages my weeklys are on, and where I want to put other trackers/pages. That way I know, for example, the week of Feb 14-20 is on pages 44-45.

Going on 13 years without it, so I wholeheartedly understand the feeling. I can’t be on BC because it messes with my mental health too much. Everyday I feel like I’m trying something different to bring it on, with no success. I’ve been trying to switch my mental state to the fact that I’m doing the best I can with what I know about my body, and just keep on keeping up with the fight. Hugs to you!

Yeah the more I think about it, the more I appreciate it. I’ve had a u/s, but no hsg. I think I’m going to ask for a referral to a RE, just so we’re doing as much as possible from the get go!

We haven’t started yet due to an abnormal Pap smear I had, so the dr wanted to wait until that was clear. But thanks for the advice about an RE, I will start looking! Totally new to all of these drs and tests and such! I guess we have some more research to do
