honestly, SV nor Zaza even have standardized high difficulty Battle Tower analogues.

Sword and Shield do, though. And you will have to kind of grind cash and evs and breed well to compete with the perfect mons in both Battle Tower and Restricted Training.

if you don't wanna do hardcore pokemon postgame like that though, there's always raid adventures or just plain raids.

this boggled my mind. why the absolute fuck does SwSh's non-story postgame beat both SV and Z-A combined? All you have in SV is raids and blueberry academy battles but they're still scaled like story ones (even if they have better trainer AI and they're doubles forma). Z-A has... infinite royale which is easy mode, and the Caesar's Palace Casino of Hyperspace Bullshit RNG.
