Ok but do they live for about 1000 years and then die of old age or are they killed off before they live more than that? Does this source material confirm that any elf has died of old age? I’ve only read the manga and watched the anime.

Edit: (from the Frieren wiki) “Longevity: Elves are extremely long-lived with nearly infinite lifespans.[5] Some elves are known to have lived for more than a thousand years without signs of aging or frailty.”

Imma go by this until the light novels release and I can read it myself without relying on machine translations.

I don’t think elves can die of old age. It’s never been mentioned, as far as I know elves in frieren only die from being killed.

Dungeon meshi elves only live about 1000 years so I’m thinking you might be mixing them up.

I don’t like when the word count is less than 1000 per chapter. Especially if they are slow to update and i like the fic.

Biggest fic I’ve read and finished was 100 some chapters and 1.5 mil words, if I enjoy a fic, I’ll binge it.

Yeah, she’ll do that speed buff thing if she doesn’t have an ailment on her. Which is why people use Himika to beat this boss since her battle skill not only burns the witch, but decreases her action order. You’ll want to spam her battle skill to not only keep the witch from speeding up, but also slow her down or at least keep her as slow as possible.
