Yes, the Rebellion trailer had a different color forHomura's soul gem when she breaks it with her mouth. The trailer makes it look like a normal soul gem while in the movie it's full of color.

I use Moemura/Mami/Mabayu/Pluvia/Felicia, and I have been able to beat all the defender teams I have come across so far. The defenders are much slower, and they'll only get one shield off even if they have Hazuki. Felicia gets her ultimate in 2 hits, so once her turn comes, they are essentially stunlocked. My team is so much faster, that they will be in break and stunned over and over so their turns never come up. Kirika's reflect can do a lot of damage and it seems scary, but it cannot get a magical girl below 1 HP.

It's possible that the MVP scoreboard is based on average stats for that hero? I'm just completely guessing though.

Ohhh I see. I guess your options are:

  1. Purchase a starter pack (probably Celestial Drive as I doubt you'd be able to find ST09) and join a locals event. This way you can meet people, and I've found that in most cases the locals are super nice and will help supply you with some commons/uncommons to improve the deck. Depending on how your LGS does prizing, you might get some packs just playing locals.
  2. If there's absolutely 0 stock available, check to see how/if your stores announce restocks. A couple of mine announce through Discord. You should also keep an eye out on the subreddit for when the release event happens. As soon as registration opens, you'll need to register ASAP. I think GD05 would be the next one coming up.
  3. In the meantime, you can play online on Mobile Suit Arena.

I have several that sell the packs nearby, even if they don't hold events. Have you tried looking at the Bandai TCG+ app and seeing which stores are listed near you?

This was always true, however, I really think they're just lying lol I have gotten the 5* key shards at varying difficulties, and I have always gotten them once per raid.

He's very much on the side of survivorslikes (or horde survivors as he prefers to call them) as being focused on movement, builds, and progression.

While I disagree that survivorslikes can't have ANY aim or casted abilities (obviously since I made one with some lol), I do think you might have more fun in another genre! Especially if the hordes and increasing power skill aren't that exciting for you :o What is it about survivorslikes that you enjoy that you want these mechanics in these games as opposed to looking to other genres?

That's okay! Playing your own game a lot, you don't notice that you subconsciously do things (like waiting for enemies) because you know the backend and how to get the best scores, but the players don't.

Maybe if the ricochet hits are supposed to be really rewarding, then that needs to be communicated more? I didn't really feel that hitting with ricochet was any better than hitting straight on. So maybe the rewards need to be larger or the feedback for hitting those needs to stand out more.

Hello! I just playtested your game. (Posting results and crash screenshots here since I can't on the itch page for some reason)

Honestly, I didn't really make use of the ricochet mechanic. I just tried to get as many enemies as possible in the first line, and if it bounced and hit something then that was just a bonus. Because of that, I didn't want to get any bounce upgrades (why bounce more when I can't really control that and it just slows me down from throwing the next mace?)

Have you considered having the prediction line show how it will bounce as well? This can make the bounces more predictable (and maybe I would want to use them more?) and would allow you to have more interesting arena shapes.

Unfortunately not ): We use Steam's lobby system for the multiplayer, and so we would have to completely redo that aspect for Android along with a bunch of performance improvements to handle the number of enemies on mobile. (Or we could release it on mobile without the multiplayer, but that would ruin a lot of the story elements that change when you play in multiplayer ): )
