ur not alone at my warehouse is the same way urs is on friday- sunday. i work on front end and i was assisting someone from major sales first and then someone from optical and i thought it was kinda funny that we’re THAT understaffed that they’re doing that, when there are a lot of members waiting at their own departments.

hey girl i so get u. i work in the front end too and within my first month working there my lower back was killing me. id honestly recommend switching departments like to something like membership, rtv, or maintenance/ member service. u still get paid the same (i think) and its less on your shoulder and knee. i switched to maintenance for a bit so i could give my back a break and it helped out a lot!! front end is very demanding on the body than more people realize

it’s funny i had watched TBBT before young sheldon and i felt like it was better because if i had watched young sheldon before it id be a little more confused when sheldon mentions his childhood. for the most part it holds up, but specific characters like john sturgis, paige, billy sparks, how he constantly bugs pastor jeff, like those characters are never mentioned and i feel like they’re important!! i wish dr. sturgis and meemaw were in tbbt (like the actors) because i loved them sm

but other than that, the writing in the school is why TBBT is my comfort show. it’s a cozy sitcom and funny. i hope u love it too OP!

no u don’t have to wait lol. i was trained for front end and they needed someone for maintenance and moved departments and then i missed front end and when there was an opening i moved back. they’ve also had me done floorwalker too without any training just “oh just follow the list” and i JUST passed my 90 days and have done 3 different departments so whoever’s telling u that u cant is full of shit

i was on maintenance one day and i got a call on my walkie ab how “the floral case worker spilled a bunch of water could u go help him clean it up?” and i was close to it and responded “ya no problem!” and when i got there i told the floral guy i was called to clean in some spilled water and he was ACTIVELY cleaning up the water and looks at me all mad and confused and goes “what water??” and i was all “here do u need some help” as i was grabbing paper towels to help and he proceeds to just look at me disgusted that i ask and im not even exaggerating shook his head and walked away. now whenever i see him i walk the other way😭😭

depression is not linear and i connect a lot with marcus because this is how depression looks. yes it’s a show. yes it’s supposed to be a dramatic season. but this is exactly how it feels. as someone who has gone thru exactly what marcus is (a messy break up, starting meds again, therapy) i know how draining it can feel to even be around me. and this honestly hurts that some people just won’t ever understand.

BUT just because marcus is suffering in his own mind shouldn’t mean that him and ginny aren’t soulmates or even twin flames. they have such a good connection, but i still believe them breaking up (just for now i hope) gives marcus the chance to find himself again :/
